| I am drawn to quiet, intimate, secluded places in the landscape within walking distance of my home and studio in South Wiltshire, observing changes from day to day and season to season: painting, drawing, taking photos and making notes. In particular, I’m fascinated by a three- mile stretch of the River Wylye along with adjacent water meadows and nearby woodland, Nick works in acrylic. See more work by Nick
MIRANDA HALSBY RBA Miranda Halsby writes: 'My work reflects my life and interests and I have studios in Dorset and the Languedoc, France. I am interested in people, particularly busy groups doing things they enjoy, markets, playing boules and village fetes. I love landscape and the patterm qualities that this can give to a picture.
