Our two most recent additions to the real-artists.com web site are great examples of high quality work with lasting impact.

First, is a technically amazing silk screen print in a limited addition of 10 – each one signed by the artist, numbered and titled. Number one has already been sold! This print, again exclusive to real-artists.com, is from Niall Hennessy and represents a recurring theme in Niall’s work - the unique local landscape of East Anglia. The expressive branch patterns of this ancient tree on the edge of ancient wood in Suffolk are produced with incredible accuracy, each twig realised on the screen in a virtuoso demonstration of the print maker's skill. Colour, depth and serenity mark this as a real collector's item.

Our second new addition is a wonderful piece by Bob Henfrey which absolutely captures the spirit of Bob's passion for the Lake District's atmosphere and beauty. Entitled 'Light and Mood, Great Langdale' Bob describes 'the dramatic mood that this particular combination of mountain scenery and water evokes, especially when light breaks through the clouds . Here the tarn sits on a shelf above the valley lending an enchanting distance to the brooding fells beyond the woods.'

This piece is exclusive to real-artists.com and is one of a series especially commissioned by us from Bob. It's produced in oil on canvas and is beautifully framed in soft greys with hint of warm and gilt edge and an overall size of 47x61 cm (18.5x24 ins).
